[တစ်ခါတုန်းက ကျားအိုကြီးတစ်ကောင်ဟာ ရေအိုင်နားမှာရေချိုးပြီး သူများတွေမြင်လျှင် မြက်ကိုသာအမြဲစားသည့် ကျားသူတော်ကောင်းကြီးပါ
လားဟု အထင်ခံရအောင် သမန်းမြက်တွေကိုကိုင်ထား ပြီး ကမ်းနဖူးမှာထိုင်နေစဉ် ခရီးသွားတစ်ယောက်ကို တွေ့သောအခါ
"အို ခရီးသည် ငါ့ဆီကရွှေလက်ကောက်ကို လာယူ လှည့်ပါ" ဟုဆိုလေ၏။
ခရီးသည်လည်း လိုချင်မှုလောဘဇောတက်ပြီ စိတ်ထဲမှာစဉ်းစားလေ၏။ ဒီရွှေလက်ကောက်ဟာ ငါ့ရဲ့ရှေးဘုန်းရှေးကံကြောင့် ရသင့်ရထိုက်လို့ ဖြစ်လာတာပဲ ၊ ဒါပေမဲ့ စဉ်းစားစရာတော့ တစ်ချက်ရှိတယ်။
"မနှစ်သက်အပ်သောအရာမှ နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးအပ်တဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကိုရခြင်းဟာကောင်းကျိုးမဖြစ်နိုင်ဘူး အဆိပ်နဲ့ရောထားတဲ့ အမြိုက်သုဓာဟာ အသက်ကိုသေစေနိုင်တယ်…"
